This role is fully remote, which provides a flexible work-life balance and the ability to design your own schedule. You will be part of an outpatient setting where you can connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy and professionalism. As a member of our team, you will work alongside other licensed mental health professionals, receiving regular consultation and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct live video therapy sessions with clients, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking measures to evaluate client progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies.

• Interact with clients to establish rapport, assess their needs, and develop actionable treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and peer supervision sessions to enhance treatment quality and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individual adults across California who are seeking mental health support. These clients may present with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will guide clients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors while developing coping strategies to improve their daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure a robust foundational knowledge of mental health theory and practice.

• Must possess full licensure to practice independently, with one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record will be accepted.
\n
• Strong evaluative and clinical decision-making skills to design effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering an empathetic and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in digital communication and telehealth technologies to ensure seamless client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
