As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly each day. You'll review and process invoices, maintain organized records, execute vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness, and serve as an important point of contact for vendor relationships. As invoices arrive, you'll ensure documentation is complete, verify information, coordinate payments, and help keep financial processes efficient and organized. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will directly contribute to the success of our accounting operations and the company's continued growth.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of general accounting experience

Preferred candidates will have proficiency in QuickBooks, strong Excel skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Fruitland Park, FL.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
