apply) Responsibilities - Provide direct, patient-centered medical-surgical nursing care for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses (e.g., CHF, COPD, non-STEMI, DKA, post-operative recovery) - Monitor vital signs, assess changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns per protocol - Administer medications and treatments accurately, including IV therapies, wound care, and post-surgical care - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, case managers, therapists) to develop and execute care plans

• Document care in the EMR (Sorian) and ensure clear handoffs at shift change
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and

discharge plans; maintain patient safety and comfort Requirements

• Active registered nursing license in New York
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• 2+ years of med-surg RN experience; travel experience required
• Ability to work night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and manage a typical 7:1

patient-to-nurse ratio (may be 8:1 in rare cases) - Experience with EMR systems; Sorian EMR experience preferred Benefits and Support
