We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Deerfield Beach that is expanding its patient services team and hiring multiple Insurance & Patient Support Specialists. This role is designed for someone who understands the behind-the-scenes side of healthcare and enjoys helping patients move through the process smoothly. You’ll work with insurance companies, providers, pharmacies, and patients to verify benefits, coordinate prior authorizations, and resolve coverage issues. A Pharmacy Technician license is not required. What matters most is your experience with insurance, prior authorizations, customer service, and your ability to stay organized while managing multiple cases. Why You Should Apply Up to $26 per hour depending on experience Monday through Friday business schedule Multiple openings with a growing healthcare organization Strong training and onboarding support Clear opportunity for long term advancement Collaborative team with supportive leadership Comprehensive benefits and long term stability What You’ll Be Doing Complete insurance verification and confirm patient eligibility and benefits Coordinate and follow up on prior authorization requests Communicate with insurance carriers, physician offices, pharmacies, and patients Research coverage issues and help determine next steps Track pending authorizations and documentation requirementsMaintain accurate patient and insurance records Support patients throughout the medication access process Document status updates and communication in internal systems Resolve issues quickly and keep cases moving forward Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction What You Bring Insurance verification or benefits experience required Healthcare, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, medical office, PBM, or patient services experience preferred Familiarity with medications and pharmacy terminology is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and follow through Comfortable working across multiple computer systems Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive personality and team-first attitude What You Need To Know Compensation: Up to $26/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Work Environment: Fully onsite Employment Type: Full time, permanent Start Date: ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr CB Partners, LLC
