Job Position: Licensed Real Estate Agent - New Home Sales Location: North Las Vegas, CA. 89085 Pay Rate: $13.00-$14.00/hr Are you newly licensed, tech-savvy, and recognized for your professionalism and ability to connect with clients? Step into an elevated sales environment as a Model Home Sales Assistant with JWilliams Staffing, the trusted partner to the nation’s premier homebuilders. We are currently seeking licensed real estate agents to fill temporary and part-time job assignments with our builder clients. Essential Responsibilities of the New Home Sales Assistant Assist the on-site sales team in coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers. Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs. Obtain contact/follow-up information from prospective buyers visiting the community. Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers. Open and close community sales offices and model homes. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing with occasional sitting and computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Frequent walking, bending, stair climbing, and navigation of model home environments. Requirements Must have a valid NEVADA Real Estate License and be willing to move to JWS. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional dress and demeanor. Desire to excel in a team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation.
