Senior Accountant – Real Estate Firm $90K-$105K Base + 10% Bonus | Dallas, TX | 2-3 Days/Month In Office A leading real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Dallas team. This role will work closely with the Controller and support accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, cash management, budget variance analysis, and reporting for a portfolio that includes market-rate and affordable residential properties. This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience who wants a flexible work-from-home schedule, strong exposure to real estate accounting, and the ability to work closely with senior leaders across accounting, fund, and property management teams. Key Responsibilities: Support daily accounting activities, cash management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable coordination Review monthly bank reconciliations and maintain journal entries Perform general ledger analysis and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Prepare supporting workpapers for balance sheet and income statement accounts Assist with tax, cash, GAAP reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget variance analysis Prepare job cost requisitions, capital calls, advance requests, reporting templates, and special projects as needed Qualifications: 3-5 years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree required; accounting degree preferred Real estate or multifamily accounting experience is preferred but not required Strong technical accounting skills, including journal entries, financial statements, month-end close, and general ledger analysis Stable job history, strong communication skills, and ability to work well with senior leaders and internal teams Yardi, JD Edwards, Hubble, RealPage, or similar accounting/property management software is a plus This is a great fit for a stable, coachable, and detail-oriented accountant who wants strong work-life flexibility while joining a well-established real estate platform with broad accounting exposure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
