Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Partnerships for FinTech and Lending. This role is pivotal in driving growth across a high-impact portfolio of lending programs, with a focus on originating, structuring, and expanding fintech lending partnerships. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of business development, strategy, and execution, taking ownership of deals from inception to optimization. The role is highly visible and directly impacts national fintech lending programs, requiring a builder who can turn partnerships into scalable growth engines. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Partnerships include sourcing and developing new fintech lending partnerships that align with strategic and mission-driven objectives, expanding revenue opportunities within existing relationships, and leading the end-to-end deal execution process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles within fintech, lending, or financial services, with a proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex partnership deals. A strong understanding of consumer and/or SMB lending programs, experience in fintech ecosystems, and a combination of commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential. The role also demands the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and to collaborate cross-functionally to bring new lending products to market.
