Job Description
An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of TA/recruiting experience, strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional demeanor. This is a contract role with the potential to go permanent.
\n \nHybrid schedule: on-site in the office 3 days per week
\nPay rate: $30 - 40/hr.
\nHours: 9am - 5pm
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Assist with recruitment efforts across various roles. \n
- Qualify and interview candidates (high-volume). \n
- Source resumes and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. \n
- Maintain a high volume of outreach daily. \n
- Engage with potential candidates, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive candidate experience. \n
- Ensure sourcing and recruitment efforts align with strategies and deadlines. \n
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them as needed. \n
- Send offers to potential hires and assist with onboarding. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting/TA experience. \n
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed. \n
- Strong communication skills and professionals. \n
- Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude. \n
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly. \n
