Senior Software Developer CRM

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer - CRM role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies. This position requires expertise in both low-code and custom development, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integration across Microsoft cloud services. The role demands collaboration within Agile teams and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Web APIs, ASP.NET Core applications, and other integrations using Azure technologies.
• Implement and manage DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and task boards to support Agile development.
• Work with Dataverse design and development and create custom PCF controls and server-side templating using Liquid.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and assessments to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure seamless interoperability and integration of Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and use of Kanban/task boards.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 interoperability, integration, and cloud capabilities.
• Experience with both low-code and custom development on Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in cloud platforms including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, session templates, workstream, and routing.
• Development skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and task boards.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and client interaction.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Power Apps including Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience developing custom PCF controls and using the Liquid templating language.
• Prior experience in OPS or public sector environments.

Special Considerations:

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week; remote or hybrid arrangements are not accepted.

Scheduling:

• Full-time, onsite schedule requiring presence 5 days per week.
