Litigation Paralegal

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Direct Hire ERG is working with a growing and established plaintiff-side litigation firm in Sherman Oaks in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong personal injury and property damage litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases from pre-litigation through trial preparation. Responsibilities Manage personal injury and property damage matters through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation. Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files within the firm's case management systems. Draft, file, and serve legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, notices, and related pleadings. Track and maintain litigation deadlines, court dates, discovery deadlines, and other critical dates through calendaring systems. Prepare, propound, respond to, and manage written discovery. Coordinate document production and records collection. Prepare and issue subpoenas, deposition notices, and related discovery documents. Assist attorneys with drafting and filing motions, oppositions, and replies. Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and third‑party vendors. Review and organize medical records, billing records, accident reports, and other case‑related documents. Support trial preparation. Assist attorneys during mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial proceedings as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience. Significant experience handling Personal Injury and/or Property Damage matters. Strong knowledge of California state court rules and procedures. Experience with e‑filing in California courts. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff. Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred. Experience managing high‑volume litigation caseloads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
