New Leadership Position Created Due to Company Growth

Auto-Chlor System is continuing to expand our Memphis manufacturing operation, and we're hiring an additional Assembly Operations Supervisor.

This isn't a replacement role, it's a newly created position because we've added more employees, increased production, and need another leader to help support the team.

Compensation

$33-$37/hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday

6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Approximately 45 hours per week

Benefits

• Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
• Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
• Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading a team of 10-20 manufacturing employees
• Coaching and developing team members
• Driving safety and quality
• Improving manufacturing processes
• Supporting production goals
• Working alongside Engineering and Operations leadership

Training includes hands-on operations, leadership responsibilities, UKG, safety, and department processes.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply manage production, but someone who sees opportunities to improve it.
