The Ronald Nation District Manager of Farmers Insurance in Bellevue, WA is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities

Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers using tested systems and processes that increase success

Stay informed about competing products and services

Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Additionally, you will have the support of the Agency Owner and Customer Service Team to connect with clients on policy renewals and support clients with claims.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, often involving networking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must obtain the insurance license, and we pay the fees.
