Proactively seek opportunities to grow your client base and expand your business within the agency. Requirements Active Washington State Producer License (Life & Disability). Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for helping people find the right solutions. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organization.
