Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Our client is a growing, thriving, independent insurance agency licensed in 39 states with more than 20 carrier partners. The agency has a unique business model that includes a New Business Team to handle generating quotes and a Client Care Team to serve as account managers. This model allows their Insurance Producers to focus their time and efforts on sales, networking and generating leads. Agency staff are supported by a team with deep industry expertise, real mentorship, and the resources to succeed. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic industry. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Managing a pipeline of current and potential new commercial accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Analyzing customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Staying current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' offerings
