Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in personal lines insurance. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a book of business valued at $1.5M-$2M in premium, working with standard households and some high-net-worth clients.
Compensation Package

Salary : $50,000-$60,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with $1.5M-$2M in premium, focusing on standard households and some high-net-worth accounts.
Utilize an automated system for quoting and re-quoting policies, ensuring accurate and timely client presentations.
Handle new and renewal business quotes, with occasional cross-selling and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with top carriers, including Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license preferred but not mandatory.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; independent agency experience preferred, but candidates with captive experience will also be considered.
Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Applied EPIC is preferred.
Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset.
