Salary: $158,000 - 198,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of related professional experience, including technical design and coding in the IT industry.
• We require at least 5 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML development or data engineering in production settings.
• We need hands-on expertise in backend or service development, including scalable APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems.
• We expect practical experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, or similar cloud infrastructure, along with modern data platforms like Snowflake or equivalent.
• We require experience building, training, deploying, and operationalizing AI models, with familiarity in LLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• We need proven production experience with workflow orchestration tools such as AWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow, Temporal, or similar platforms.
• We expect a strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline architecture, quality assurance, and governance principles.
• We require comfort with CI/CD, testing, code reviews, security best practices, and regulatory compliance, with healthcare experience considered a strong advantage.
• We prefer direct experience with intelligent document processing, OCR, ICR, NLP, or information extraction.
• We prefer hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as AgentCore or LangGraph.
• We prefer experience with A2A integration patterns and AWS Bedrock or other managed foundation model services.
• We prefer prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation experience for domain-specific applications.
• We prefer a healthcare industry background, contributions to unstructured data and AI projects, and an advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• We also value experience across multiple domains, including healthcare and financial services, as well as familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

• We will have you build AI-enabled intelligent document processing solutions that extract, classify, and enrich unstructured data using modern AI and ML methods.
• We will ask you to design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS services, Snowflake, and related managed platforms.
• You will develop and integrate autonomous agents using frameworks such as AgentCore and LangGraph to process and route enterprise data with minimal human involvement.
• You will design and deliver production-grade workflow orchestration solutions, with a focus on reliability, auditability, and compliance.
• You will build synchronous and asynchronous services, APIs, and microservices that support document ingestion, processing, and downstream consumption.
• You will apply data management practices including cataloging, lineage, retention, and protection, with healthcare compliance and security as core requirements.
• You will collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
