(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time DAY Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area position in the Quad Cities, IA. Traveling to IA job sites.
Must have previous Supervisor experience.
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Employer will do a background check.
- EOE
- Position M-F with possible weekends.
- Starting Time 8:00 am-4-5 hours daily
- Up to 20-25 hours per week. Occasionally up to 25 hours.
- Up to $16.00 per hour

Job Skills/Requirements
Duties:
- Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
- Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
- Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
- Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
- Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Inspections
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance
- Document Reports
