Job Summary

The FL Paralega l position will provide our new hire with a uniquely experiential opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day bustle of a prestigious legal group’s Department. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to progress within our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and organize trial documents
• Drafting legal pleadings and file documents with the court
• Coordinating with attorneys and the court
• Other relevant duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Superior oral, verbal, and written communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some legal/banking experience and/or background is preferable

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Associate’s Degree required
• Relevant experience may compensate for education

Shift Days - Mondays to Fridays (on site)

Schedule candidates can choose from:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
• 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch
• 9:00am to 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Type and Compensation:

• This is a full-time position operating under standard business hours Mondays to Fridays.
