Senior Manager of DTC
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning and scaling the direct-to-consumer business, the remote Senior Manager of DTC will manage the DTC P&L, develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities Accountable for the DTC P&L, driving growth and revenue performance across the brand's website Develop and execute comprehensive DTC strategies, including site experience, merchandising, and lifecycle marketing Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure a seamless customer journey Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in DTC, ecommerce, or digital roles at high-growth consumer brands Expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and lifecycle marketing strategies Proven track record of driving measurable growth in DTC and subscription revenue Strong ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders across various departments Passion for creating community-driven, brand-first consumer experiences
