Clinical Sciences Partnership COE Coordinator

AbbVie seeks a Clinical Sciences Partnership CoE Coordinator to support pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations within Strategic Operations. The role involves coordinating safety-related activities, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting compliance and reporting across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled safety-related activities with internal and external stakeholders per regulatory requirements
• Manage communication channels and route inquiries to appropriate partners and departments
• Support development and monitoring of operational metrics and business performance indicators
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, investigate trends, and support training delivery across multiple formats
• Support technology systems and process improvements to enhance office effectiveness and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and partnership compliance activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with interest in AI-enabled technologies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
• Analytical skills and prior experience in pharmacovigilance or regulated environment preferred
• Quality and compliance mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking ability
