As a Senior Formulator, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Formulator Location: Valencia, CA Pay Range: $52 Shift: 1st Shift Duration: 6-9 months What's the Job? Independently provide effective and functional technical support for all dosage form development projects. Manage and champion all technical aspects of the product development process from pre-formulation to commercialization. Utilize standard best practices and procedures with hands-on formulations, scale-up, and commercialization support. Produce and maintain detailed documentation on all projects in a timely manner. Interface effectively with marketing and other cross-functional disciplines to accomplish project goals. What's Needed? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of formulation development processes. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
