* Address customer billing questions and efficiently process payments

* Accurately document customer account records
* Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to work schedules

Required Qualifications
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
* Experience providing core basic customer service to external customers
Skills
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
* 6+ months customer service or related experience
* 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
* 6+ months working with computers and software applications
* Experience in cable operations or telecommunications call center
Skills
* Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously while handling calls and maintaining a high standard of customer service
