Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Newburyport, Massachusetts. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the appropriate clinical team members Perform vital signs, assessments, wound care, and other nursing duties within the LPN scope of practice Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans Accurately document resident care, medications, treatments, and changes in condition Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents Qualifications Current Massachusetts LPN license High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required Sign-On Bonus Full-Time LPN: $3,000 Part-Time LPN: $1,500 Why Join Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center?
