Position: Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Henrico, VA

We're hiring Weekend Warriors to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a licensed group home setting.

Weekend Pay Scale (Credentialed DSPs):

• $16.00/hr No experience

• $16.50/hr 6+ months of DSP experience

• $17.00/hr One valid certification (CPR/First Aid, TOVA, or Medication Administration)

• $17.50/hr Two of the three valid certifications

• $18.00/hr All three valid certifications

All certifications must be current and valid through at least the next 6 months.
(Weekday base rates are $1.00/hr less than weekend rates.)

Schedule:

• Weekend shifts only (Saturday and/or Sunday)

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

• Opportunities for additional weekday hours based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with hygiene, meals, and personal care

• Administer medications (with proper certification)

• Promote independence, social interaction, and inclusion

• Ensure safety, dignity, and cleanliness of the home

• Complete documentation and follow individual support plans

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

• Experience preferred but not required

• Must be reliable and professional

• Valid certifications strongly preferred: CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and TOVA

• Drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
