General Manager

As a General Manager, at your station you will be an important part of our customers' travel experience, serving as a key leader in station operations. You will lead your station's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and managing your station's financial performance and metrics. Most importantly, you will lead and develop your team's performance, creating a great place to work for your employees and creating a welcome environment for customers.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years aviation leadership experience
• Ability to manage airport operations independently
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment
• Analytical thinking, goal-directed leadership, and service-oriented performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive for excellence
• Organization and planning skills
• Must be able to perform well in high-pressure situations
• MS Office application experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license. (Suspended, expired, revoked, or denied licenses are not valid.)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and coach others
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week / 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/or unforeseen situations
• Previous service or operational experience required
• Previous supervisory experience required
• College Degree or equivalent work experience required

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in an airport leadership role (i.e., Local Ramp Instructor, Qualified Instructor, or Supervisor)
• Ability to understand and interpret detailed regulatory, safety, and security requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing day-to-day operations and service delivery
• Understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and performance management
• Strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
• Effective communication with teams, leadership, and customers
• Ability to address operational challenges and make decisions

• Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language, both oral and written

• Ability to utilize radio equipment for communications
• Ability to push, pull, lift 70lbs on a consistent basis
• Requires ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances applicable to position qualifications
