Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is available in a healthcare facility located in South Carolina. The role involves providing critical care for a diverse patient population, including neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. The nurse will utilize various advanced technology and equipment to deliver comprehensive patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Job Details:

• Location: South Carolina, United States
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) acute care experience
  • RN (Registered Nurse) license required
  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) highly desired
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Certified in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) with Advanced Physical Skills Training course required
  • Cerner electronic health record experience required
  • Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility
  • Must meet licensure, certification, and training requirements applicable to the position
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ventilators, ventriculostomies, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, arterial and central lines, PICC lines, IABP, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, CRRT, gastric tubes, intravenous infusion pumps
• Additional Information:

  • Fulfills patient, family, and community needs by delivering high-quality care while adhering to licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.
