Compliance Associate

Compliance Associate Location : Hoover, AL Schedule : Full-Time | Hybrid Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support compliance operations, quality documentation, and administrative processes within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate compliance activities, inspections, and report completion Schedule inspections and communicate with clients and internal teams Review applications, invoices, and compliance documentation for accuracy Maintain databases and workflows using Excel, Smartsheet, and other systems Track reports and ensure timely completion and submission Process purchase orders, certificates, and renewal applications Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking Edit and proofread reports, newsletters, and other written materials Support process improvements and maintain quality documentation Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction operations, compliance, quality, or a related administrative role preferred Experience with data management and workflow tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
