Office and Operations Coordinator

Grayson Fencing is hiring an Office and Operations Coordinator. The position will start part time, with the opportunity to move to full time as the role grows.

You’ll answer customer calls, schedule appointments and jobs, send invoices, and keep customers updated. You’ll coordinate with field crews on job progress, order materials, communicate with suppliers, and arrange deliveries to our warehouse and job sites.

We’re looking for someone organized who follows through and can keep customers, crews, and suppliers on the same page. Experience in construction or a similar office role is helpful.

This is a regular employee position. Paid time off will follow our written company policy, based on the employee’s schedule and eligibility.
