Job Overview Travel Nurse RN ED - Emergency Department, Sitka, Alaska. Assignment Details Start Date: 08/03/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Weeks per month: 1 | Weekly hours: 36 | Shift type: 12‑hour days, nights, flexible | Employment type: Travel Responsibilities Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and critical patients in the Emergency Department. Conduct triage, prioritize injuries, and make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients. Provide comprehensive nursing care, including mental and physical health evaluation, for patients of diverse medical backgrounds. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver timely emergency care. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Alaska. Degree from an accredited nursing program. Minimum 18 months recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC certifications may be required. Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit.
