Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager!

Job Description:


- Location: Outpatient clinic setting in Juneau, Alaska
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700
- Experience Required:
- Must have active Alaska RN license
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience in a clinic or hospital setting

Key Responsibilities:


- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care
- Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per provider orders
- Perform clinical procedures and ensure patient safety
- Deliver patient and family education on care, medications, and discharge needs
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes promptly in electronic health records
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Float to other departments as needed

Required Qualifications:


- Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Case Management certification preferred
