Case Manager Assistant

The position is a full-time Legal Assistant for the Bodily Injury Department in our Miami/Doral location. Key accountabilities and responsibilities Assist Case Managers in collecting case evidence and documentation by contacting the necessary parties, i.e.: insurance company/adjusters, client, person insured, or patient Process time sensitive mail to be delegated to the Case Managers Act as a liaison between Paralegal/Case Managers and other stakeholders internally and externally Maintain calendar, phone and other records in an organized and timely fashion Achieve the mission of the law firm by completing any related tasks as needed Desired Qualifications Legal assistant experience is preferred Verbal and written fluency in English & Spanish preferred Time management and organization skills Ability to operate a personal computer with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work with and maintain confidential information Maintain a productive and professional relationship with fellow colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr
