Overview of the organization: The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies. Role: This role is for an innovative Full Stack Engineer to help the build out of solutions that comprise of agentic flows & application integration, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services, instil engineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third-party providers for validating and adopting best-of-breed solutions. Responsibilities: Contribute significantly to engineering & delivery of end-to-end solutions. Adopt a product-focused approach, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by continuously testing, learning, and tackling cutting-edge problems. Actively engage in pair programming, promote lean methodologies, and streamline processes by removing unnecessary bureaucracy. Prioritize rapid delivery and iterative development, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to pivot rather than pursuing a perfect upfront solution. Develop foundational components and mature technology capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Drive the enterprise-wide adoption and successful integration of Generative AI solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive learning mindset, continuously acquiring new skills. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders. Be adaptable and resourceful in navigating complex technical and organizational challenges Qualifications: 6+ hands‑on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively. 5+ years experience and fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference forPythonandJava. Proficiency inJavascript/TypescriptandGolangis also highly valued. 3+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start‑up environments. 3+ years experience and good understanding ofLanguage Models (LLMs),transformers,agentic frameworks,vector stores, andsearch algorithms. 3+ years experience with relevant frameworks such asSpring(AI, Boot, Core, etc.),Flask,LangChain,LangGraph, andMLFlow. 3+ years experience and proficiency in database technologies, such asOracle,Postgres, orMongoDB. Experience with messaging and integration platforms likeKafkaorJMS/MQ. UI development skills with technologies such asReact JSorStreamLit. Experience designing and implementingRESTandWebSocketAPIs. Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms includingAWS,GCP, orAzure/ Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, includingDocker,Kubernetes,Terraform, andHelm. Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such asJenkinsandGradle. Strong engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale distributed systems Experience using AI coding assistants such as CoPilot or Devin. Strong hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies. Proven track record in producing high‑quality project artifacts. Demonstrated ability to drive the design, development & implementation of scalable systems. Motivated self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
