The role provides sustained leadership for enterprise‑critical capabilities including risk management, business continuity, and change enablement, while reinforcing leadership continuity and succession readiness.Success requires a dependable leader who can navigate ambiguity, meet commitments, and drive alignment and accountability across operations, business management, and enterprise programs in a global environment.What you’ll doProgram & Project ExecutionLead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and success metrics.Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.Governance & Operating CadenceEstablish program governance, operating rhythms, and reporting to ensure transparency, alignment, and on‑time execution.Provide clear executive updates on status, risks, decisions, and actions required.Cross‑Functional AlignmentAct as the central point of coordination across functions including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.Risk Management & Problem SolvingIdentify program risks, interdependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans and resolution.Lead structured problem solving for complex, ambiguous challenges impacting delivery.Execution Discipline & AccountabilityReinforce accountability across teams by tracking commitments, actions, and deliverables.Ensure follow‑through and measurable progress against program goals.Continuous ImprovementDrive process improvements and standardization to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and impact.Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across programs.Who we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in business operations, program, project and/or product management, operations, or related roles within a global, matrixed environment.Demonstrated track record of meeting commitments, driving execution, and solving complex cross‑functional problems.Experience leading enterprise or cross‑organizational initiatives that require influence without direct authority.Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.Preferred qualificationsExperience operating in large, global, or highly regulated organizations.Exposure to business continuity, risk management, governance, or enterprise change programs; Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.Experience working across regions including Asia, Europe, and North America.Background in environments requiring disciplined execution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, etc.Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
