Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to enhance emotional well-being.

• Provide specialized support to clients coping with PTSD, fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment to aid in their recovery.

• Manage client cases systematically by coordinating additional services, referrals to external professionals, and follow-up consultations as required.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation as per ICD-9 standards, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers to holistically address clients' needs and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in child-family therapy to strengthen familial relationships and navigate family dynamics constructively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be engaged with a diverse range of clients, including children, couples, and families, facing various psychological challenges, relationship issues, and developmental needs. Your role is pivotal in creating individual treatment plans and addressing specific concerns related to mental health disorders and family dynamics, contributing significantly to the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted California LMFT license, ensuring compliance with state regulations to practice effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in therapy settings focused on family dynamics and individual mental health.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant mental health field is highly preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to children, couples, or families is desirable for tailored client care.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing a wide array of client issues including emotional disturbances and complex familial situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
