Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with school-aged children preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with collaborative work alongside teachers, families, and other support staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Provide direct therapy to individuals and small groups using evidence-based practices
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support integration of communication goals in the classroom
• Engage in family meetings, case conferences, and IEP meetings as required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
