Ideal candidates will have:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school environment
• Familiarity with assessment tools, therapeutic interventions, and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Your role will include:

• Conducting evaluations to identify speech-language impairments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings as required
• Providing guidance to staff and resources to families for carry-over of strategies
