Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan
• Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services per student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student participation
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Share expertise and recommendations to help create inclusive learning environments
