We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Otolaryngologist (ENT) Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative healthcare team in Lima, OH

This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive ENT care across a broad range of conditions involving the ear, nose, and throat—while working in a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, and throat
Perform ENT examinations and clinical evaluations
Conduct surgical and procedural ENT interventions
Develop individualized treatment and surgical care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers
Educate patients on treatment options and recovery plans
️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✅ What You Bring

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology)
✔️ Active Ohio Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Strong surgical and clinical ENT expertise
✔️ Excellent communication and patient care skills
