Duties & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account maintenance. Process weekly payroll through Paychex while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation for management review. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with the company’s CPA by providing monthly financial information and year‑end accounting support. Support day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, and payroll‑related documentation. Assist with maintaining employee handbook policies and utilizing the Paychex HR module to support HR processes. Manage company insurance policies and other administrative functions as needed. Collaborate with the administrative team and provide cross‑functional support to help ensure smooth office operations.
