What you'll be doing

Running repair appointments and diagnosing roofing issues for homeowners
Performing roof inspections, leak investigations, measurements, and photo documentation
Completing repairs safely, professionally, and efficiently
Determining when repairs can be completed personally versus when crew support is needed
Building repair estimates and proposals in ServiceTitan when appropriate
Communicating findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
Identifying opportunities for additional repairs, maintenance, or full roof replacements when appropriate
Educating homeowners on the condition of their roof and available solutions
Collecting payments and completing paperwork cleanly
Maintaining an organized, fully stocked company truck
Documenting completed work with photos and detailed notes
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Moving fast. We're big on responsiveness, including emergency and weekend repair appointments when available

Who we want

Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to be held to performance measures
Strong communicators who can build trust quickly
Comfortable with heat and being in the field every day
Growth and abundant mindset
Tech-friendly (iPad, CRM, call review tools)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Roofing repair experience is strongly preferred
Ability to diagnose leaks and roofing issues independently
Basic carpentry, flashing, and roofing repair knowledge preferred
Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners

Requirements

Able to attend daily morning kickoff meetings
Valid driver's license
