Bilingual Virtual Banker - Spanish/English
First Bank
First Bank is seeking a Virtual Banker to provide an excellent client experience by handling financial inquiries from ITMs and via phone or other channels. The role involves processing ITM transactions, guiding clients through the ITM process, and cross-selling bank products while maintaining strong attendance.
