Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-8 students with occupational therapy services in a dynamic school setting near New Haven, CT. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic support to a caseload of approximately 50 students, running from August 28, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with a commitment of 35 hours over 5 days each week.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience providing OT in school environments
• Expertise in school-based OT practices and compliance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess K-8 students to create and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school staff
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
• Support faculty with in-class strategies and accommodations
• Foster student independence and functional participation within the school environment
