The Ailion Team at RE/MAX Town and Country is hiring 3 licensed Real Estate Sales Agents to work with home buyers across metro Atlanta. If you're licensed - or actively pursuing your Georgia license - and want a business built on high -intent inbound leads instead of cold-calling for them, keep reading.

What you need

An active Georgia real estate license (or actively pursuing one)
A track record of sales success - in real estate or another field
Strong organization and follow-through; this business runs on responsiveness
Comfort with CRM tools, AI, social media, and the other systems we use daily
Self-direction - we support you, but you own your business

Responsibilities

• Follow up consistently on assigned leads to build and manage your pipeline
• Advise buyers on neighborhoods, pricing, local market conditions, and negotiation strategy
• Write purchase offers that move buyers toward a fast, clean closing
• Guide clients from first showing to closing table, owning the relationship end to end
• Keep the CRM current so no lead goes cold

Qualifications

• An active Georgia real estate license (or actively pursuing one)
• A track record of sales success - in real estate or another field
• Strong organization and follow-through; this business runs on responsiveness
• Comfort with CRM tools, AI, social media, and the other systems we use daily
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-direction - we support you, but you own your business
• Happy, likable personality and a team player
• Strong desire for a 6-figure income
