Vous pilotez et développez l’activité du point de vente en appliquant la politique commerciale de l’enseigne pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vos missions : Gestion et comptabilité : suivi de la caisse, remises en banque, contrôle des flux financiers, approvisionnement, réception et contrôle des livraisons, suivi rigoureux des stocks et inventaires. Commerce : implantation produits, mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale, animations, accueil et conseil client. Management : recrutement, formation, encadrement et animation de l’équipe de vente. Pilotage : suivi des indicateurs commerciaux et financiers, analyse du CA, marges et charges, reporting à la direction. Qualité et sécurité : traitement des litiges, maintien de la qualité du point de vente, suivi maintenance et entretien, mise en place et contrôle des dispositifs de sécurité, respect des normes d’hygiène Profil recherché Formation : Bac+2 minimum, idéalement en commerce, distribution ou management. Expérience : 2 à 5 ans dans la gestion de point de vente ou la grande distribution, avec encadrement d’équipe. Savoir-être : sens du commerce et du service client, autonomie, dynamisme, bon relationnel, capacité à fédérer une équipe, aisance dans la communication. Savoir-faire : maîtrise des techniques de vente, gestion de stocks, connaissance des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des produits. Niveau d'étude : BAC+2 Niveau d'expérience : 2-5 ans Compétences spécifiques : une expérience en management et point de vente serait un plus Description de l'entreprise RMD Consultants, cabinet conseil basé à Lyon, intervient depuis 2008, sur les problématiques spécifiques de management et de développement.
