We have a preference for candidates who can work in person, but are open to hybrid/remote for the right candidate. What You\'ll Do Be the go-to expert for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of Alivo’s solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner. Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries, turning potential issues into success stories. Gather customer feedback to share with internal teams and continuously improve our products. Keep customer records up-to-date in our CRM, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to elevate the customer journey. Qualifications A customer-first mindset with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. Stellar communication skills—written, verbal, and even the occasional GIF. Experience with CRM tools and helpdesk systems (bonus points if you’ve dabbled with ServiceTitan, HubSpot, or similar). A natural ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage your time effectively. A collaborative spirit that thrives both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus—but we care more about your experience and enthusiasm!
