Job Description

As a Security Officer Healthcare Facility Driver in Hendersonville TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid drivers license. You may assist with sensitive situations including patient restraints and morgue-related responsibilities while working with an agile reliable innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including situations involving patients visitors staff and/or hospital operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities parking areas and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Assist with access control visitor management and monitoring of restricted areas in accordance with location-specific procedures.
• Document and report security-related incidents observations and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
