Overview
Registered Nurse, Outpatient – Lodi, California, United States. Travel assignment begins 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,279 to $2,416 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 5x8 days. Position is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital outpatient setting, supporting an outpatient procedure unit with opportunities across perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy services. This travel assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, and identify care needs
- Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve outcomes
- Coordinate care delivery across disciplines and supervise/direct activities of nursing staff as assigned
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provide patient/family education
- Delegate appropriately and support learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California or as required by the assignment)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
- BSN preferred
- Acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient procedure unit (perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy settings)
