Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
• Present and sell telecommunications products and services, including internet, voice, wireless, cloud, and managed solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
