What You'll Do Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit Work closely with a tight-knit team of ambitious, high-achieving professionals Use resume databases, referrals, outreach, cold calling, sourcing tools, and creative techniques to fill roles quickly Write compelling job postings to attract top technical and engineering talent Conduct full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries Perform reference checks and ensure candidate credibility Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent pools, sourcing strategies, and market constraints Document all activity with precision and consistency Comply with EEOC guidelines across all hiring practices Win, compete, and have fun doing it Who You Are We're looking for applicants who embody: A high level of competitive drive Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence and the belief that you can achieve anything with the right environment Ambition, hunger, and a self-starter mentality Coachability - you're eager to learn and adapt A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but talent and drive matter most If you're the type who thrives in a performance-based environment and loves being rewarded for your results, you will excel here.
