Recruiter – Finance, Accounting & Administrative Staffing

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, passionate, and entrepreneurial Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, making connections, and taking ownership of their success.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making cold calls, developing new business relationships, sourcing candidates, attending networking events, and thinking outside the box . What You'll Do

• Recruit and place qualified professionals in Finance, Accounting, and Administrative positions .
• Some Administrative duties
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage job offers, and handle salary or compensation negotiations.
• Create remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients and candidates with our company purpose, promise and values.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify candidates' skills, experience, and career goals.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients and confidently build relationships over the phone.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify the right talent.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to keep the process moving.
• Attend networking events on a weekly or monthly basis to build relationships, expand our professional network, and generate new opportunities.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation , including identifying prospective companies, researching contacts, making outreach calls, and providing qualified leads.
• Share networking contacts, referrals, and potential business opportunities with the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and internal processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work independently, prioritize your workload, and take ownership of your desk while also collaborating with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the ATS.
• Help grow the business through networking, relationship building, referrals, and business development activities.

• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience is preferred, but drive and attitude are just as important as experience .
